Dedh Ishqiya

I was so happy reading the positive reviews for this flick. In fact, rediff.com has given it 5 stars. I remember telling my hubby that if this movie is a flop, Madhuri's movie career is over. A lot is riding over this one. She has received great reviews everywhere. We spent 600 bucks and 3 hours of a weekend to watch it.

I was disappointed.... not because the movie is bad... it is good... not great. I'd prefer to watch it sometime on TV than spend money in a theatre.

D Day

I was looking forward to this movie.... after all, it stars Irrfan Khan and the reviews have rated it highly. KC and I went for the late night show- 11 pm.
The movie starts off well. The story is about 4 RAW agents who come to Pakistan to capture Dawood and bring him to India alive. They get the opportunity when he ventures out from his mansion to attend his son's wedding. Everything is planned well... except it goes wrong. Do the 4 manage to bring him to India?

Ek Thi Daayan

I was looking forward to this flick because it stars Konkana, Kalki and Huma. How can a movie about witches and these fabulous actors be anything but awesome?

It can be everything but awesome, as I found out.
