Watched this last night. I wasn't too keen since the reviews were not great. They were not bad... but not great either. But hubby was keen since it is Vidya Balan and we caught a late night show.

The story is about Bobby who resides in the Muslim area of Hyderabad and wants to be a detective. When she does not get a job at an agency she decides to start off on her own. Initially, her tasks are to find out flaws about marriage proposals that come for Tasawur (Ali Fazal)- a famous TV personality and her family friend, find out if her childhood friend is having an affair etc etc. And then Kiran Kumar (yes... yes... the one and only) meets her and pays her a bomb to find 3 people- one by one. All he gives her is a name, age and birthmark. She manages to find two and during her search for the 3rd realizes that the previous two have gone missing. Thats when she sets out to find the identity of Kiran Kumar.

Shaadi ke Side Effects

The only reasons I watched this flick were Vidya Balan and Farhan Akhtar. I loved Pyaar ke Side Effects... it was funny, realistic and the cast was quite good. Shaadi ke Side Effects with Vidya and Farhan could only have taken it forward. Unfortunately not.

After reading mixed reviews I watched this movie.
The story is about a guy - Emraan and his wife- Vidya Balan. Emraan was a thief until he gave it up. He gets a call for one last robbery from 2 guys- Rajesh Sharma and Namit Das (Ranbir's friend in Wake up Sid) which will give him enough money to last his entire life. He agrees with some persuasion from Vidya. The robbery is successful and it is decided that Emraan will hide the money for 3 months until things die down. They will then split it among themselves. After 3 months, the 2 men contact Emraan and discover he has lost his memory. He does not remember where he has hidden the money.
